Shipping options vary depending on the type and quantity of merchandise
you choose to buy and your shipping address. Your shipping costs will
be displayed in your Shopping Cart before you buy.
How do I change my shipping or billing address or my account email

How do I cancel all or part of an order? You will need to send us an e-mail
immediately if you wish to cancel any or all of your order. Orders are
processed daily to our suppliers up to several times a day to ensure quick
processing. Once an order has been sent to our suppliers, it may not be
possible to cancel it. If your cancellation is unsuccessful, we will notify
you by e-mail. Please note: we do not offer refunds. All goods are sold
on an "as-is" basis.

BE RETURNED TO STOCK. NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE ARE NO EXTENDED PAYMENT TIME
PRICES DISPLAYED HEREIN ARE IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS AND DO NOT INCLUDE POSTAGE.

Shipping charges are affected by a variety of factors, especially when
shipping to a non-Australian. destination. Due to changes with Australia
Post, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
All available shipping options and your exact shipping and handling charges
(and any applicable taxes) will be shown in your Shopping Cart before
you complete your order. Our various product lines do not all ship from
the same place. We will inform you when you make your order. When you
combine items in your order that ship from more than one location, some
additional shipping charges will be incurred. Please ensure your shipping
address is correct before placing your order. An additional shipping charge
will be applied if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error.
All dates are approximate delivery times. Please note that these time
frames are only estimates, and apply from the time your order leaves us,

Shipping and handling charges to destinations within Australia are determined
by the quantity and type of merchandise ordered. Orders shipped via Australia
Post (or Registered Mail from the Post Office) are not guaranteed to be
delivered within a certain time frame, and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
The shipping fees are noted in the shopping cart when you make your order.
If some items are backordered (not in stock) when you place your order,
Australian residents will be given the option via an e-mail to have the
backordered items shipped separately when they become available for an
additional $2.50. If you choose this option, your order will arrive in
more than one package. You will receive email confirmations when each
portion of your order ships.
Non-Australian shipping & handling charges and available shipping
methods are determined by destination, type and weight of merchandise
ordered and the shipping method(s) you choose. For the purpose of calculating
shipping charges, the number of items in a multi-CD box set is determined
based on the price of the unit. Music videos, vinyl records and T-shirts
may count as 2 or 3 items each. The actual total will appear in your Shopping
Cart before you place your order. In the event that an order shipped by
Air Parcel Post is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed.
This can take up to 6 months.
Taxes, customs duties and VAT Customs duties and taxes (non-Australian
Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on
shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Roxette
On-line's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These
charges (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible
for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.
