Station History: 92.9 started broadcasting in Tamworth and surrounding districts in 1992 as The Heat, FM 92.9. Over the years the station have evolved from it's early days as a classic rock station to what you hear today, Tamworth's Widest Variety of Music. The station was acquired in 1993 by the Super Radio Network, and is a part of a group of stations numbering more than 30 throughout New South Wales and South East Queensland.
